Been Busy

Haven't been around for a while I've been fighting an inflamed rotor cup on my left shoulder which in turn aggravates the trapezius muscle and that really hurts.dr gave me tramadol and flexeril which helps so so but I wind up having to take tylenol with it it's certainly no fun.Summer is almost over and hard to believe school will be starting soon.I think the kids are ready to go back.I switched from my wordpress blog to blogger cause I'm so darn tired of getting soo much ridiculous spam.try to get back sooner next time.I have been going to physical therapy 3 times a week for my shoulder,don't seem to be helping much at.Hope all have a great weekend,hugs adding a picture of my newest great grandson Waylon.
